Manteo At Eldorado Resort, Kelowna

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room facing the lake on the 4th floor was fantastic with 2 queen beds and a balcony overlooking the courtyard entrance to the water. It was spacious, and having a balcony was a great plus. The service was top-notch overall, but they fell short when it came to helping with restaurant or winery bookings. The location was simply perfect, right on the water with a beautiful boardwalk leading to the beach, though not very convenient for finding other dining options nearby without a car. The dining experience was really good with a wide variety of choices that were reasonably priced. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed during my stay.

The hotel is well-located in the Hilton and Marriott vacation resorts of Kelowna with beautiful views. The service, overall, is relaxed and pleasant, with one minor exception. However, staff went out of their way to make the stay special for a grandmother. The dining experience was exceptional, with an okay breakfast supplied. The hotel benefits from lovely weather and a good location, but some areas were dirty during guests' stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although supposed to be smoke-free, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. The staff, on the other hand, were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel was picturesque, right on the shore of the lake, offering beautiful views. The dining experience was a highlight, with a variety of delicious breakfast options, although the surprise cost for orange juice was a letdown.

The hotel had a stunning waterfront view from the rooms, lit up with potlights on the entrance and lamps scattered around. However, the room setup with 2 beds didn't quite suit our group of 2 adults and 3 kids till 5:00. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location directly on the lake and close to downtown was ideal for us. The dining experience was exceptional, putting other hotel chains to shame. The facilities were well-equipped and added to our overall enjoyment.
